What happens after I complete the eligibility quiz?

If you are eligible to participate in the LevelsRX program, you will have the option to schedule a prescription fill with a video visit or, depending on the state, schedule a prescription fill without a video visit.

Once you select your prescription fill type, you will be asked to sign up. Once paid, you will be prompted to create a password for your account. Note: your username is the email address you signed up with. You're almost done! The last step after creating your password is to complete your initial health history intake form—this can be accessed by selecting "Next" after creating your password. You will also receive an email if you haven't completed your health history intake form and can complete it by logging into the portal. Please be sure to complete this at your earliest convenience to avoid any delays in your treatment plan.

During your first appointment, your provider will discuss your health goals, review your medical history, order any necessary lab tests, and may order a prescription medication if deemed appropriate. Your provider will collaborate with you to create a personalized health plan. Alongside lifestyle recommendations, your care plan may include a prescription for weight loss medication.

Upon starting a weight loss medication, regular check-ins with your provider can be scheduled. The frequency of these visits can vary, but usually are once a month in the beginning. During these check-ins, the provider will evaluate your progress in weight loss, monitor your medication tolerance, arrange follow-up lab tests or prescription refills, and adjust your care plan as necessary.

Who qualifies for weight loss medications?

While prescriptions for weight loss medication cannot be guaranteed for every patient, if you are 18 years of age or older and meet specific criteria such as weight and certain associated health conditions, your healthcare provider may consider you eligible for a prescription.

Generally speaking, those who qualify are: individuals with overweight (BMI > 25) and those who are seeking maintenance therapy that have a BMI > 22 and if their current BMI < 27, have a history of obesity or are overweight and have previously been on a GLP-1 within the past 12 months.

How old do I have to be to participate in the programs?

At this time, patients have to be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.

What is the cost of the GLP-1 Weight Loss program?

LevelsRX offers multiple subscription types, all of which include comprehensive coaching and services with no hidden fees, membership costs, or lab charges. Each plan provides regular virtual consultations with a clinician, prescription management and renewals (if applicable), support with insurance coverage for medications, and access to 1:1 nutritionist coaching, ongoing chat support, and health guides. ‍
Subscription charges may appear on your credit card as "OPNLP LEVELSRX."

Brand name medication pricing is based on insurance coverage.

Your clinical care team will work with you to identify the most affordable and suitable medication based on your health requirements and insurance coverage. GLP-1 prescriptions are usually more cost-effective when covered by insurance, but the exact expense will depend on your insurance plan. If you are uninsured, underinsured, or if the medication is not covered by your insurance, your provider may assist you in finding a prescription discount card or an alternative medication that is more cost effective.
